It comes as shown. It is tested and works better than new. I have upgraded it with the entire NES library and it has all 720 American games on it. It comes with the controller and USB power cable shown but does not come with a HDMI cord as most people already have several of these running around their house already. It has no box, but it’s the NES classic edition! It comes with two controllers, but only one is OEM, and everything except a usb wall adapter (which you probably have a spare)
