NOT- Fully functional and working. There is a nascar game inside the disc tray that comes with it NOTE- Something is rattling on the inside of the console like a loose piece of plastic or something but everything still works NOTE NOTE- console has some scuffs and scratches on the body of it see pictures

The battery has been replaced. I do not have a charger for it in the console definitely has cosmetic wear. Everything was tested and works perfectly fine
