Parts or repair ColecoVision Game Console Bundle/ Power Cord, Controllers, 3 Games Untested Checked the power supply and it read 1.5v instead of the 5v required so I am unable to test the console and controllers

This colecovision is being sold as non-working for parts for repair, there are a few blown capacitors, or at least one blown capacitor and a few that are broken. This one did not power up when I tested it when I was opening it up and cleaning it that’s when I saw the blown cap I know it doesn’t look really clean but this thing was really dusty before.
