The item will be mailed out as console only. The console has a moderate amount of scratches and wear on it, and it has rattling on the inside. The majority of the damages can be seen in the photos. I tried to use several different power cords, but the power light never turned on, so it is being sold for parts. I can answer any questions or provide any additional images if requested.
